Location: St. George,UT, Member Since: Oct 06, 2009 Gender: Female Goal Type: Local Elite Running Accomplishments: Just completed my 6th marathon - qualifying for Boston on every one of them! Marathon PR: 3:10:21 (2009 St. George-10th in age and 44th woman overall), taking 8 minutes off of my previous PR time. 1/2 Marathon PR: 1:30:42 (Hobble Creek Half - 5th in age group) 10k PR: 39:39 (Enterprise 10K -2nd in age, 3rd overall- yes, it is a small race.) I look forward to almost every run I do!.. especially long runs and race days.
Short-Term Running Goals: Stay in shape over the winter, but give my body a little rest. Then decide which spring marathon to sign up for. I want to run a 3:05 or less in St. George 2010.
Long-Term Running Goals: Run a sub 3:00 Marathon Run Utah Grand Slam
Personal: I have a husband who is very supportive of my running (he has never known anything different!) and I am a working mother. - makes it a little hard to get in all of the training time that I want. But I love having my daughter and the rest of my family out there cheering me on! |
